The Wellbeing & Lifestyle Expo Returns to Jávea – Bigger, Brighter and Building Community
The countdown is on! The much-loved Wellbeing & Lifestyle Expo returns for its 5th edition on Friday 20 & Saturday 21 March 2026, bringing two full days of inspiration, connection and discovery to Salones Carrasco, Jávea (10:00–17:00 both days).
Now firmly established as one of the Costa Blanca’s most uplifting annual events, this year’s Expo promises to be the most vibrant yet with over 70 exhibitors from across the wellbeing, lifestyle and beauty industries coming together under one roof and across the venue’s beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces.
From healthy ageing and nutrition to holistic therapies, alternative treatments, beauty, personal growth, creativity and lifestyle brands. Visitors will find everything they need to support a balanced, energised life. Whether you’re curious about natural health solutions, looking to discover local services, explore new products, enjoy taster sessions or simply spend a positive day surrounded by like-minded people, this event truly has something for everyone.

Talks and Demos
Across both days, a full programme of talks, demonstrations and interactive workshops, along with some wine tasting, will run continuously, offering expert insights into topics such as nutrition, movement, mental wellbeing, healthy ageing, alternative therapies and more. Visitors can enjoy food demonstrations, wellbeing sessions, including a sound bath healing, beauty and pampering experiences, and practical take-home advice to enhance everyday life.
Adding to the atmosphere is the stunning venue itself. Salones Carrasco offers a spacious indoor salon alongside a charming outdoor area – perfect for relaxing between talks, meeting exhibitors and enjoying refreshments. With free parking and food and drink available throughout the day, the Expo is designed to be a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Art gallery & Competition
A special highlight this year is the inspiring ‘Colour Me Happy!’ Art Gallery, sponsored by The White Doves Group, where visitors can view a vibrant collection of artwork and even choose their favourite piece – celebrating creativity as a powerful form of wellbeing.
