‘How dare she – Women who chose to be different’ is the theme of the Art Exhibition at La Senieta, Moraira.
The fourth Art Exhibition organised by the European Union of Women Marina Alta will take place from 30 April to 15 May at La Senieta in Moraira. Curator and participating artist Emma Lawton said ‘We are presenting work inspired by the theme “How dare she! – Women who chose to be different”. You will find many interpretations of this theme in the wide range of sculptures, photographs and paintings. We celebrate those women who pushed the boundaries so that we women of today can benefit. We thank in advance the town Hall of Teulada Moraira for their generosity in enabling us to hold this event’.
The exhibition will open with an evening reception on 30 April at 7pm offering visitors the chance to meet the artists, enjoy cava and light refreshments and preview the collection. The opening will also feature live background music performed by young musicians from the Teulada area.
