In 2000, three brothers (shown from left to right: Francisco Vives, Economist, Miguel Angel Vives, Technical Architect, & Salvador Vives, Lawyer) with complementary backgrounds and a shared vision founded Vives Pons in Dénia with a clear purpose: to create a unique and innovative multidisciplinary firm.
By bringing together their respective areas of expertise, they built a model that integrates legal, tax, accounting, architecture, construction, interior design and real estate services within a single company, delivered by an in-house professional team.

The origins: a family rooted in Dénia

In the heart of Dénia, where the streets hold memories and tradition, the story of Vives Pons Group begins. It all started in a small wood-fired bakery at number 9 of Pare Pere Street, where Brígida, the founders’ grandmother, baked bread for her neighbours with the same care she gave to everyone. That bakery was more than a business: it was a meeting point, a place where every morning trust, closeness and commitment were kneaded together.

Consuelo and Jaime: 50 years of dedication

The founders’ parents, Consuelo Pons and Jaime Vives, kept the family baking tradition alive and later devoted themselves to another deeply human craft: hospitality. For more than 50 years, their commitment shaped Dénia’s social life through landmark venues on Marqués de Campo Street such as Restaurante San Remo, El Quijote & La Tasca Eulalia. There, bonds were built, warmth was served and community took shape.
